Dr Scott Faulkner is a compassionate and inclusive General Practitioner who graduated with commendation from Lancaster Medical School in the UK in 2017. Now a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, he lives in Sydney with his partner and brings a broad background in both hospital and community general practice settings.
Scott has special interests in chronic disease management, men’s health, and sexual health. His approach places the patient at the centre, working collaboratively to develop personalised care plans based on clinical evidence and best-practice guidelines.
Passionate about inclusive care, Dr Faulkner has led award-winning LGBTQIA+ health initiatives in the UK, where he improved healthcare access and safety across two clinics. Both programs received Gold Awards from the LGBT Foundation’s Pride in Practice program. He continues to advocate for respectful and affirming care for all patients, with a strong commitment to LGBTQIA+ health.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr Faulkner is involved in medical education, providing training to doctors, students, and healthcare staff. He believes that good healthcare begins with clear communication and strives to create a welcoming, respectful environment for every patient.
